Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients in a warm and professional manner.
Present treatment plans clearly and confidently.
Discuss financial options and assist patients in moving forward with care.
Coordinate and schedule treatment efficiently.
Verify insurance benefits and communicate coverage accurately.
Follow up on unscheduled treatment and outstanding accounts.
Maintain organization and accuracy within patient records.
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow.

Qualifications:

Previous dental front desk or treatment coordinator experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence discussing treatment and financial arrangements.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
