Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients in a warm and professional manner.
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently.
- Discuss financial options and assist patients in moving forward with care.
- Coordinate and schedule treatment efficiently.
- Verify insurance benefits and communicate coverage accurately.
- Follow up on unscheduled treatment and outstanding accounts.
- Maintain organization and accuracy within patient records.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow.
Qualifications:
- Previous dental front desk or treatment coordinator experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence discussing treatment and financial arrangements.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
